Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TextileSuite ("we") collects when you use textilesuite.com and our Android app, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account: your name, e-mail address and sign-in method (Google, Microsoft or e-mail/password), handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We never see your password.
• Subscription: your plan, billing status and payment references. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Company workspace: company name, optional GSTIN, and e-mail addresses of employees the owner adds.
• Visit statistics: pages viewed, the referring website and device type, counted without cookies, and the approximate city / state / country worked out from the IP address. Visitors are identified only by an anonymous ID that changes every day; we do not store IP addresses. For signed-in users we also record when they were last active.
• Google Analytics: we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits and how the site is used. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
• Requests: feature requests and early-access forms you send us (including a phone number if you choose to give one).

What stays on your device

Calculator inputs and results are computed in your browser. Saved calculations and drafts are stored in your browser's local storage and are not uploaded. Data you paste from Excel is processed locally.

How we use data

To provide the Service, manage your trial and subscription, give company members access, answer your requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations (for example tax records). We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

Only with service providers needed to run the Service: Google Firebase (login), Razorpay (payments) and our hosting provider (servers in India). Company owners can see the e-mail addresses and seat status of their members.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as long as required by law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to info@textilesuite.com, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
